All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special measures for air tickets due to anticipated snowfall in the Kanto region.
As of 11:45 a.m. on the 1st, the special measures apply to flights arriving and departing from Tokyo/Haneda and Tokyo/Narita on the afternoon of the 3rd.
Regardless of delays or cancellations, ticket changes, transfers, and refunds for the eligible flights will be accepted free of charge. The next snow-related announcement is scheduled for around 1:00 p.m. on the 2nd.
