West Japan JR Bus will change the refund fees for the Tokyo-Keihanshin route starting April 1.
For regular fares, the fee will be 100 yen from the date of purchase up to 9 days before the ride, 20% of the fare from 8 days to 2 days before the ride, and 30% of the fare on the day before the ride and onwards. For Tokuwari and Super Tokuwari discounted fares, the fee will be 100 yen from the date of purchase up to 12 days before the ride, 20% from 11 to 9 days before, 30% from 8 days to 2 days before, and 50% from the day before the ride onwards.
This change applies to reservations made from the same day and onwards, but the conventional refund fees will apply to reservations made before March 31.
