Japan Airlines (JAL) will launch a cargo-only service on the Tokyo/Narita-Hanoi route.
This follows the introduction of the third Boeing 767-300 freighter. Until May 7, the route will operate bi-weekly, and from May 8, it will operate weekly.
In the summer schedule, in addition to this, the Tokyo/Narita-Taipei/Taoyuan route will operate 5 round trips per week. The Tokyo/Narita-Shanghai/Pudong route will increase by 1 round trip to 3 weekly, and the Tokyo/Narita-Hong Kong route will increase by 5 round trips to 6 weekly. The total weekly flight operations will significantly expand from 19 round trips in the winter schedule to 31.
