All Nippon Airways (ANA) will delay the introduction of a pre-reservation service for shower rooms in the international lounge at Narita Airport. Initially, it was scheduled to be introduced from 7 a.m. on March 5.
The pre-reservation system allows eligible lounge users to make reservations from one week before their flight date via the “Lounge Shower Room Reservation” in the “Guide for Boarding” displayed in the ANA app after booking an ANA flight. Reservations can also be made by scanning a dedicated QR code available in the lounge.
At Haneda Airport’s international lounge, the pre-reservation service has been available since 5 a.m. on January 23.
