Fauchon Hotel Kyoto will host a French-style steak menu “Steak Frites” at “Steakhouse Chez FAUCHON” from March 6 to May 6, for a limited period of two months.
The steak frites meat can be chosen from Omi beef and US beef, and can be increased in grams. Prepared and served with French culinary techniques. Also added to the menu are the Fauchon Burger (5,600 yen), branded with an “F” on the bun, and the Filet Cutlet Sandwich (4,500 yen), which has been a secret menu item until now, all can be enjoyed with carefully selected French wines by the sommelier (starting at 1,500 yen).
The location is “Le Bar Fauchon” and “Salon de Thé Fauchon.” Serving hours are from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Omi beef sirloin is priced at 9,800 yen for 150g, 11,300 yen for 200g, 14,300 yen for 300g, and 17,300 yen for 400g. US ribeye is priced at 6,200 yen for 200g, 7,800 yen for 300g, 9,400 yen for 400g, and 11,000 yen for 500g. All prices include tax and service charge.
