Japan Airlines (JAL), Loyalty Marketing, and KDDI are conducting the “20% Bonus on Mileage Exchange from Ponta Points to JAL Miles Campaign” from March 1 to 31, offering an increased exchange rate from usual for converting Ponta points into JAL Mileage Bank miles.
Members of JMB×Ponta or holders of JMB Lawson Ponta Card Visa, who are also JAL Mileage Bank Japan area members, are eligible. The standard exchange rate from Ponta points to miles is 1 mile per 2 Ponta points, but a 20% bonus mileage is offered. Fractions below 1 mile are rounded down.
The bonus miles from the rate increase will be credited by the end of April, separate from regular miles. If members cancel their JMB×Ponta registration or withdraw from JMB Lawson Ponta Card Visa before the bonus miles are credited, they will not be eligible.
