
APA Hotel to Discontinue ‘APA President Water’ Service in New Hotel, Installing Pitchers and Water Dispensers
Hotel New Otani Osaka will extend the sweets buffet ‘Super Sweets Buffet 2025 – Strawberry Picking at the Hotel WORLD TRAVEL’, which has been held since January with the theme ‘World Sweets × Hakata Amaou’, until May 6.
Selected popular menu items from the themes of ‘Paris’, ‘New York’, and ‘Seoul’, featured from January to March, will be gathered together from April onwards.
From January’s Paris, traditional French sweets like ‘Paris-Brest’, inspired by wheels, and ‘Breton Pistachio & Fraise’ will be offered. The ‘Paris-Brest’ combines custard cream made with wasanbon sugar, hotel-original whipped cream, and Hakata Amaou strawberries in choux pastry.
From February’s New York, a lineup of donuts with four flavors: ‘Strawberry’, ‘Caramel White Chocolate’, ‘Chocolate & Hazelnut’, and ‘Dark Chocolate’.
March’s Seoul will feature evolved churros ‘Dip Churros’ enjoyed with ‘Chocolate Sauce’ or ‘Amaou Chocolate Sauce’, and as Japanese sweets, ‘New Super Amaou Shortcake’ made with sponge cake using Nagasaki’s ‘Taiyo Eggs’ and fresh cream from Omuta, Kyushu.
During the Seoul series period in March, ‘Mould Dolls’ in five colors including white, dusky pink, and beige (each 2,000 yen) will be sold exclusively to sweets buffet users.
Location: Tea & Cocktail ‘SATSUKI LOUNGE’. Service time: from 11:30 AM, weekdays until 6 PM, weekends and holidays until 8 PM, each session 90 minutes. Price: From 6,500 yen for adults, 3,800 yen for elementary school children, 2,700 yen for infants (aged 4 and over). Service fee included.
