Hilton Tokyo started offering two types of limited-time spring night parfaits at their bars from February 28.
“Sakura,” which spreads the elegant aftertaste of cherry blossoms and the sweet and sourness of red fruits, consists of panna cotta with a hint of amazake aroma layered on top of strawberry and cherry jelly, topped with cherry-flavored jelly. “Le Printemps,” designed to resemble chocolate-shaped butterflies and edible flowers dancing in the spring breeze, features rich pistachio custard cream layered with a sweet and sour apricot sauce and almond-flavored blancmange, creating a taste with depth.
The parfaits are available at the St. George Bar and Bar & Lounge ZATTA. St. George Bar is open from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and until 1:00 AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays. Bar & Lounge ZATTA is open from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and until 12:00 AM on the same days.
The price is 2,400 yen for “Sakura” and 2,450 yen for “Le Printemps,” including tax and service charges. At St. George Bar, a cover charge of 1,500 yen applies during live performances.
