Major Strike at Airports Across Germany on March 10
Frontier Airlines will relocate its terminal at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport to Terminal 6 in 2026.
The airline has reached an agreement with JFK Millennium Partners, who are responsible for the construction and operation of the terminal. Currently, Frontier operates 6 round trips per day from Terminal 7. By this spring, they plan to add up to 4 additional round trips per day, with new routes to Miami, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Los Angeles.
The under-construction Terminal 6 will feature 10 gates, 9 of which are equipped to handle wide-body aircraft. It will include arrival lounges and up to 5 airline lounges.
All gates will be accessible within an average of 5 minutes from the security checkpoint, and the terminal will house 100,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and lounge facilities.
Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Cathay Pacific, All Nippon Airways (ANA), Norse Atlantic Airways, Air Canada, and Condor have already announced their intention to operate from Terminal 6.
