JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo is hosting “SAKURA EXPERIENCE,” a fair offering limited-time cherry blossom-themed menu items and floral displays from March 1 to May 8.
At “The Lobby Lounge,” guests can enjoy sakura-flavored sweets paired with strawberries in the “Sakura Parfait,” as well as the “Sakura Afternoon Tea Set,” which features spring delicacies in cherry blossom hues presented on a three-tier tea tray.
At the sky restaurant “Tanchou,” the “Sakura Bento,” featuring seasonal fish like herring and sakura sea bream, heralds the spring in Hokkaido. At the restaurant & bar “SKY J,” guests can enjoy a sakura-themed lunch buffet against the backdrop of Sapporo’s skyline. A photo spot will also be set up during the event.
