Hokkaido Chuo Bus will inaugurate a new route connecting New Chitose Airport and Otaru on April 1.
This move is in response to the increasing number of passengers using the New Chitose Airport connection bus, driven by the growing demand for air travel. The route will pass through locations such as Otaru Green Hotel, Hotel Torifito Otaru・OMO5 Otaru, Otaru Canal Terminal, and Authent Hotel Otaru, aiming to capture the demand from not only tourists and business travelers but also residents in the Otaru area.
The service operates two round trips per day. The fare for one-way is 2,300 yen for adults and 1,150 yen for children.
