Mitsui Fudosan will grand open the fourth phase of Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu on June 24.
Since its initial opening in 2012, the outlet mall has become Japan’s largest through two expansions. The fourth phase expansion will introduce 30 new stores, bringing the total to 330 stores with a store area of approximately 53,100 square meters, making it the largest number of stores in Japan. New additions include “instant skateboards,” “SOPH.,” and “PXG,” making their first appearance in a Japanese outlet, and “lululemon” and “MAISON KITSUNÉ,” making their Kanto debut.
In addition, a large roof terrace of about 700 square meters will be available for sports and entertainment events, along with Japan’s first permanently established skateboard park in an outlet. The existing area will also see upgrades, including a new kids’ park and improved pet facilities.
