
Tokyo Midtown Hosts ‘MIDTOWN BLOSSOM 2025’ Until April 13
Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort will host the “Delicious Hokkaido & Strawberry Sweets Dinner Buffet” from March 20 to April 6.
The menu includes “Snow Crab” which can be enjoyed with ponzu or crab vinegar, “Domestic Beef Roast” cooked at low temperature, “Salmon Ruibe Style Cocktail with Ikura” where frozen fish is eaten as sashimi without thawing, “Carpaccio of North Sea Octopus”, “Cold Beef and Spring Vegetable Japanese Style Salad”, “Jingisukan Style Grilled Meat”, “Hokkaido Potatoes with Squid Shiokara and Butter”, “Fried Chicken Thighs Zangi”, a seafood rice bowl with crab and Okhotsk seafood, among others. For dessert, various strawberry sweets including “Strawberry Shortcake” will be offered.
The venue is All Day Dining “California”. The buffet is available in two sessions, starting at 5 PM and 7 PM, each lasting 100 minutes. The price is 8,800 yen for adults, 6,160 yen for children aged 7 to 12, and 4,400 yen for children aged 4 to 6, with a soft drink bar available for 900 yen.
