
Conrad Tokyo Offers Limited Spring Sakura Menu with Kaiseki and Course Dishes
The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo is launching spring-inspired promotions until April 30.
The Lobby Lounge will feature “Sakura Afternoon Tea,” offering savories made with seasonal spring ingredients and sweets that evoke Japanese cherry blossoms with a traditional atmosphere. The period is from March 10, and the service time is from noon to 5:00 PM. The price is 9,400 yen.
At The Bar, cocktails inspired by the beautiful spring, crafted with Japanese craft gin ROKU and Japanese craft vodka HAKU, will be offered. The menu includes “Sakura Royal Gin Buck,” “Blossom Feeling,” “Spring Green Fizz,” and “Hanami Hills.” The price is 3,600 yen each.
The Ritz-Carlton Café & Deli will serve delightful cakes in various flavors. The menu features “Sakura Cheesecake” (1,300 yen, takeaway 1,600 yen) with sakura-flavored Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries on cream cheese, “Sakura Choux Cream” (1,000 yen, takeaway 1,200 yen) topped with pink cookie dough inspired by sakura, “Sakura Mai” (1,500 yen, takeaway 1,800 yen) combining sakura bean paste with salted cream and mochi, and “Sakura Mont Blanc Tart” (1,700 yen, takeaway 2,100 yen).
At Towers, the “Sakura Brunch” will include an array of eight spring-inspired appetizers and rosé sparkling wine with a refreshing aftertaste and a subtle hint of spice. Available on weekends and holidays from March 15 to April 6, the brunch is served in 90-minute sessions from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The price is 9,500 yen for food only, and 11,000 yen with rosé sparkling wine.
