KNT-CT Holdings has decided to establish a subsidiary in the USA, as resolved in their board meeting.
As part of their Future Creation Business initiative, they have started the “Rice Innovation Business,” aiming to promote the appeal of Japanese ingredients and rice overseas while contributing to regional revitalization. In August 2023, they opened a store named “ONIGIRI SUN” in Los Angeles. The new company will be established to further this business.
The company will be named KNT-CT Foods, (U.S.A.), with a capital of 1 million USD, fully funded by KNT-CT Holdings. Mr. Satoru Murata will be appointed as Representative Director and President.
