Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel will offer the Easter-themed plan “Happy Easter BBQ” from March 10 to April 20.
A special BBQ booth decorated with Easter eggs, rabbits, and flowers is set up, offering Western-style hors d’oeuvres such as “Smoked Salmon and Spinach Quiche,” “Prosciutto and Cream Cheese Roll,” and “Marinated Shrimp and Scallops.” BBQ items include “Chicken Thigh,” “Pork Shoulder Roast,” “Bone-in Sausage,” “Marinated Beef Short Ribs,” and “Whole Squid.” There is also unlimited soft drinks, s’mores, and American gas grills are available for use. Easter egg painting sets and bunny ear headbands are provided.
The location is on the rooftop “ROOF TOP BBQ BREEZE TERRACE.” The time slots are a two-part system on weekdays from noon to 9 PM, and a three-part system on weekends and holidays from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM. The fee is 6,600 yen per person, 1,000 yen for a seat fee for elementary school students, and free for preschool children, all inclusive of tax. An optional kids menu is available.
