Toyama Excel Hotel Tokyu will offer ‘Melon and Fresh Herb Afternoon Tea’ from April 1 to June 29.
Inspired by the elegant and tranquil atmosphere of an English garden, the tea stand features a refreshing glass parfait with a smooth panna cotta paired with juicy melon jelly and fresh dill, an éclair combining fresh melon with the sophisticated, spicy flavor of tarragon to create a mature taste, and a choco-mint melon bread balancing the rich taste of chocolate with the refreshing coolness of mint. A side dish includes ‘Prosciutto and Melon Croffle’, where the saltiness of prosciutto and the juicy sweetness of melon spreads, with a lingering richness of mascarpone and gentle sweetness of honey.
Beverages include a welcome drink called ‘Mint Jelly Emerald’, which balances the fresh tartness and bitterness of lime with the invigorating feel of mint jelly, as well as herbal teas that let you enjoy the natural aroma of fresh herbs.
The venue is on the 15th floor at ‘Restaurant Lico Monte’. The time is from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with the last order at 2 PM. The price is 5,000 yen. Exclusions apply on all Mondays except April 28, May 5, and May 20.
