Shiba Park Hotel will hold the ‘Blissful Afternoon Tea’ from March 3 to May 25.
An example menu includes mousse with strawberries and raspberries, gâteau citron, mini hamburgers, yomogi Malay cake, Beijing-style pineapple cookies, sakura mochi, and kiwi fruit double layer, presented in three different tastes: Western, Chinese, and Japanese. For drinks, they offer 16 types including deep-steamed sencha Tsuyuhikari from Shizuoka, Kaga Bocha (roasted green tea), and coffee.
The location is on the 1st floor at “The Dining.” Service times are from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM on weekdays, and from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM on weekends and holidays, with each session lasting 150 minutes. The fee is 5,500 yen per person, tax included, service charge excluded. Reservations are required by 5 PM the day before.
