Nikko Style Nagoya will hold a ‘Strawberry Sweets Fair’ from March 1 to April 30.
As a spring treat, two types of sweets using strawberries from Aichi Prefecture will be offered. Inspired by the excitement of spring, the “Strawberry and Cherry Blossom Parfait ~Strawberry Temptation~” (2,400 yen) features fresh strawberries on top, a strawberry eclair filled with custard cream, and rich Cremia soft serve ice cream. The middle to bottom layers are topped with sweet and sour strawberry sauce, cherry blossom ice cream, and lightly salted cherry and strawberry jelly.
Another dessert, the “Strawberry Pavlova ~Wedding Dress~” (1,700 yen), is decorated with whipped cream and fruits based on baked meringue. The meringue and whipped cream are colored spring-like with strawberry powder, styled to resemble a wedding dress, and topped with carefully selected large strawberries.
The sweets are available on the 1st floor “style kitchen Cafe & Bar.” Service hours are from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM (until 5 PM on Sundays). Coffee or cafe latte can be added for an additional charge. The prices include tax and service charges.
