Cathay Pacific Airways has begun a partnership with Hong Kong Chinese restaurant “Mott 32.”
They have started offering a new menu at “The Pier” First Class Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. The new menu features a selection of three amuse-bouches, three appetizers, and three main courses, which are carefully curated and offered alongside a monthly a la carte menu.
The partnership menu includes amuse-bouches like “Fried Mushrooms with Sesame Dressed Green Beans,” “Chilled Tofu with Green Pepper Sauce,” and “Crispy Crab Puffs.” Appetizer options feature “Sichuan Peppercorn Flavor Chili Sauce Free-range Chicken,” “Sichuan-Style Pork Dumplings with Chili Sauce,” and “Chilled Free-range Chicken with Black Truffle and Coriander Salad.” Main courses include “Braised Wagyu with Orange Sauce,” “Fried Black Cod with Garlic Chili Sauce,” and “Prawns in Sweet Vinegar and Ginger Flavored Chili Bean Sauce.” Additionally, they offer a cocktail inspired by Hong Kong iced tea.
