
ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Fukuoka Hosts “Strawberry Dessert Buffet – Kingdom -“
Hotel New Otani Tokyo has begun selling the “Wagyu Burger” starting March 4th.
The main patty is made with 100% Kuroge Wagyu, known for its excellent balance of lean meat and fat, fine texture, and firmness. It is carefully cooked to lock in the meat juices, with a simple seasoning to enhance the rich flavor of the Kuroge Wagyu. The burger is topped with a special “Wasabi Aioli Sauce,” jalapeños, kale, tomato, and cheddar cheese. It is served with a side of “fried shishito peppers.”
The price is 4,000 yen, excluding service charge.
