Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts will open “The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Naha” in January 2026.
The building will serve as the new headquarters for Ryukyu Bank, featuring 13 floors above ground and 1 basement level. The hotel will offer 257 guest rooms. The facility will include three restaurants and bars, a pool, a gym, and an executive lounge.
The location is adjacent to the Yui Rail Kencho-mae Station.
