Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel will host “Easter Sweets & Bakery” from April 1 to 30.
There will be creations such as the “Easter Egg,” featuring honey mousse shaped like an egg with lemon jelly in the center to represent the white and yolk, “Chick Tart,” which has lemon bavarois enclosing rare cheese atop tart dough filled with orange marmalade almond cream, “Bunny,” with white chocolate mousse representing a rabbit’s tail, layered with cherry jelly and pistachio brulee (each priced at 850 yen), “Easter Burger with Salad Chicken” (800 yen), and “Easter Egg Cream Melon Bread” (400 yen).
The Easter-exclusive sweets offer features a “Sheraton Sweets Box” (priced at 4,200 yen, with advance reservation required 3 days prior), containing six mini-sized sweets and two macarons, and also includes a “Friday Sweets Buffet” where you can enjoy a spring-inspired lineup with sandwiches.
