The International Garden Hotel Narita will hold ‘Italian × Strawberry Marriage ~Part 2~’ from March 1 to May 6.
Dishes include ‘Chicken Breast Confit’ simmered in rosemary-infused oil, cheese risotto ‘Rice Croquette’, lunch-exclusive ‘Today’s Fresh Pasta’, dinner-exclusive ‘Cannelloni’, and ‘Freshly Baked Pancakes’ which you can top with whipped cream, maple syrup, and honey syrup. Other offerings include ‘Terrine of Shrimp and White Fish’, ‘Broad Beans Pecorino Romano’, ‘Roast Beef’, ‘Roasted Pork Belly’, ‘Florentine Style White Fish’, ‘Lyonnaise Potatoes’, and Neapolitan-style pizzas such as Margherita and daily special pizzas topped with ingredients chosen by the chef.
For dessert, enjoy strawberry-filled shortcake, strawberry puree mousse, and ‘Strawberry Tart’ which features strawberries arranged meticulously on tart dough. The dessert lineup includes ‘Bomboloni’, a local donut from the Tuscany region of Italy, ‘Shiratama Anmitsu’, and ‘Tiramisu’. The ‘All-you-can-eat Fresh Strawberries’, decorated in a tree shape, is available only until March 31.
The buffet takes place on the 1st floor at ‘Restaurant AVANTI’. Service hours are from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM for lunch, and 6 PM to 9 PM for dinner. Prices start from 4,200 yen for adults, 2,100 yen for elementary school students, 1,000 yen for young children, with children under 3 years dining for free at dinner. Tax and service charges are included.
