Hilton Tokyo will offer a “Premium Lunch” starting April 16.
Inspired by the Chinese imperial cuisine banquet, the menu includes nine dishes. Features include “Seasoned Abalone, Scallop, and Vermicelli” with a special seasoning sauce of aromatic vegetables and fermented chili, “Stir-fried Wagyu Ichibo with XO Sauce” to enjoy the juicy rare Ichibo cut, and “Fried Rockfish with Rapeseed Sauce,” a vivid jade-colored sauce made by adding salt koji and fresh cream to the pureed rapeseed.
Dim sum selections such as “Pork Shumai with Truffled Scallops and Shrimp,” “Luxurious Shrimp Steamed Dumplings,” “Sticky Rice Meatball,” “Chinjaorosu Spring Roll,” and “Five-Ingredient Fried Dumpling” are available to enjoy as much as you like. Desserts feature the “Special Parfait” layered with matcha warabi-mochi and mango on a coconut ice cream base. Drinks include Alishan Jinxuan Oolong tea served in a pot and iced lychee jasmine tea as a welcome drink.
The location is on the second floor at the Chinese restaurant “Dynasty.” Service hours are from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays and from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM on weekends and holidays, with each session lasting 120 minutes and the last order being 90 minutes after seating. Prices are 7,480 yen on weekdays and 7,980 yen on weekends and holidays, all inclusive of tax and service charges.
