Swissôtel Nankai Osaka offers the ‘Amaou & Yamecha Afternoon Tea’ from March 1 to April 30.
The lineup includes seven sweets that showcase the charm of Amaou strawberries, such as the “Amaou Panna Cotta Pearl Krakan” which combines sweet and sour Amaou with a crispy texture, the “Amaou and Yamecha Roll Cake” featuring Amaou wrapped in aromatic Yamecha flavored sponge and cream, the “Fromage Blanc and Amaou Berry Soup” served in a soup style, and the “Yamecha Cookie Sandwich Ice Cream”.
Savoury items feature “Arancini with Yamecha Scent” dipped in a flavorful Yamecha and Shio Koji sauce, the “Amaou Mascarpone Sandwich” with balsamic balls, prosciutto, and black pepper providing an accent to the sweet and sour Amaou, and delightful “Hummus with Nanohana, Sakura Ebi Monaka”, and “Smoked Salmon Roulade with French Caviar”.
Drinks include Dilmah’s “Teamaker’s Series” tea buffet, with additional options for 1,000 yen each such as the “Amaou Sour” which refreshingly combines Amaou’s sweet and sour taste with ginger ale, and the “Yamecha Milk” that gives a rich roasted Yamecha flavor in latte style.
The location is on the 6th floor at “The Lounge”. Opening hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Prices are 6,000 yen on weekdays and 6,500 yen on weekends and holidays, including tax and service charge.
