Thai Airways is implementing special handling for tickets due to the impact of the earthquake centered in Myanmar.
Tickets issued before March 28 with a ticket number starting with 217 are eligible.
International and domestic flights departing and arriving in Bangkok can have their bookings changed to flights departing by April 11. Additionally, refunds for unused or partially used tickets on flights scheduled to operate normally will not have the fee waived. The full amount cannot be used as an EMD for purchasing new tickets within a year. Tickets for canceled flights can be refunded without any fee, whether unused or partially used.
