Ibis Styles Osaka Namba to Close on March 31, 2024
Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi will offer the pastel-colored “Four Seasons Spring Afternoon Tea” from March 1 to April 30.
Imagined as a spring flower field, the sweets are adorned in pink and orange, with base flavors of kumquat marmalade and chamomile diplomat, a tart topped with lemon cream and yogurt chantilly to portray petals. The selection includes “Kumquat Marmalade, Chamomile Diplomat Tart,” “Mandarin and Quince Charlotte,” “Mousse Mûre, Cassis Confiture,” and “Yogurt Chantilly, Strawberries and Rhubarb, Rose Jelly” featuring cherry blossom designs evoking spring breezes. For pastries, butterfly-shaped palmiers, scones, and pound cakes are available, reflecting butterflies fluttering around flowers.
Savory dishes include the classic French “White Asparagus and Chicken Mushroom Vol-au-vent,” and the Burgundy regional dish “Jambon Persillé” with yellow mustard and soy milk cream. Beverages offered include spring-hued seasonal tea mocktails, Japanese tea, and black tea.
The location is “THE LOUNGE” on the 39th floor. Service times are from 11:00 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:00 PM with each session lasting two hours. The price starts from 7,800 yen on weekdays and 9,800 yen on weekends and holidays with premium Japanese tea pairing.
