
Yokohama Royal Park Hotel to Reopen in Fiscal Year 2028 as Marriott’s “Luxury Collection”
Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi will offer ‘Sakura Afternoon Tea’ from March 1 to April 14.
The welcome drink is a tea drink called ‘SAKURA – Cherry Blossom Strawberry -‘, which combines strawberries and green tea. Sweets include sakura flavored white chocolate ganache sandwiched between sakura-shaped sablé cookies, coated with pink chocolate; cream puffs filled with sakura diplomat cream and cherry compote; matcha biscuit topped with strawberry jelly and sakura mousse; roll cake with cherry jam and sakura scented chantilly cream; jellies made from sakura petals with strawberry mousse; and two types of scones: plain and sakura.
Savory items are inspired by traditional British afternoon tea and include three types of canapés: ‘Comté Cheese Gougères’, ‘Deviled Egg Tartlet’, and ‘Wagyu Empanadas’, along with three types of sandwiches: ‘Cucumber and Salted Butter Sandwich’, ‘Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Sandwich’, and ‘Coronation Chicken Sandwich’. Beverages include original blend teas using sakura, royal milk tea, black tea, herbal tea, coffee, and more.
The venue is the 7th-floor French bistro ‘MAISON MARUNOUCHI’. Service hours are from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Prices are 7,900 yen on weekdays and 9,100 yen on weekends and holidays, including tax and service charge.
