Tokyo Marriott Hotel will offer a spring dinner course, ‘G’S GRILL DINNER COURSE -SPRING-‘, from March 1 to May 31.
The course combines spring-like ingredients with grill dishes. The menu includes an appetizer, ‘Sea Bream Marinade and White Asparagus Salad’, featuring sakura-colored sea bream and spring vegetables with the aroma of butterbur, a seafood dish, ‘Grilled Lobster’, topped with sauce made from clams and Sakura shrimp representing spring, a main dish, ‘Veal T-Bone Steak’, enjoyed with wild vegetables salsa verde sauce, and a dessert, ‘Strawberry and Vanilla Ice Cream Parfait’.
The location is the 1st-floor restaurant ‘Lounge & Dining G’. The course is available from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., priced at 12,500 yen, including tax and service charge.
