Lufthansa German Airlines and the UFO Union have agreed on a part-time work agreement, effective retroactively from January 1.
Flight attendants will benefit from improved work-life balance, while Lufthansa German Airlines will gain from long-term and needs-based staffing plans through part-time work, and it will also lead to simplified internal regulations. Users will also see increased convenience with additional flights according to seasonal demands.
The UFO Union is a labor union focusing on flight attendants within Germany.
