The Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers will hold the night sweets buffet “Sweets Parade” on Wednesdays and Thursdays from April 2 to May 29.
Offerings include “Two Types of Melon Shortcakes” made with Shizuoka Prefecture mask melon and red flesh melon, “Dekopon Tart” using fresh-fragrant whole dekopon, “Red Flesh Melon Cream Puff” filled with rich melon cream, and “Honey and Dekopon Cheese Parfait” combining the juiciness of dekopon with creamy cheese. There will also be a special assiette dessert featuring “Almond Parfait Glacé with Mask Melon Soup, served with Coconut Sorbet.” Guests can enjoy a colorful variety of sweets using seasonal citrus fruits like mask melon and dekopon.
Light meals include salads, hors d’oeuvres, sandwiches, and hot tater potatoes in buffet style, with drinks such as wine, strawberry tea, and coffee available.
The venue is the second floor lounge “Seawind.” Service hours are from 6:30 PM to 9 PM, with last orders at 8:30 PM. The price is 6,800 yen, and 3,400 yen for children aged 4 to pre-school age, all including tax and service charges.
