
Yokohama Royal Park Hotel to Reopen in Fiscal Year 2028 as Marriott’s “Luxury Collection”
Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport is hosting an ‘Asian × French Buffet’ from April 1 to May 31.
Integrating Asian tastes into French cuisine, the buffet offers cold dishes and desserts that emphasize the ethnic flavors of herbs and spices.
The menu includes ‘Awaji beef tsukune with five-spice coconut curry sauce,’ ‘Duck breast marinated in Asian spices cooked at low temperature with tomato vinegar sauce,’ ‘Ajo with gizzards flavored with sherry vinegar and sage,’ ‘Deep-fried pork back ribs with passion fruit sauce,’ ‘Cheese-baked beef cheek and chickpeas with herbs,’ ‘Cocktail fruits scented with Shaoxing wine and star anise with lime,’ and ‘Black sesame cookies,’ among others.
As a seasonal event, the buffet features limited-time activities like Easter egg painting, where you can draw on eggs, and a children’s fair during Golden Week with ring tosses, ball games, and Children’s Day candy gifts.
The location is the second-floor all-day dining “The Brasserie.” Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and dinner is available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with the last admission 30 minutes before closing. Prices start at 4,500 yen for adults, 2,000 yen for children aged 7 to 12, and 1,200 yen for those aged 4 to 6. One Harmony members receive a 10% discount.
