Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu will offer “Freshly Squeezed Mont Blanc ~Matcha~” from May 1 to June 30.
The dessert features a plate with rich-flavored black sesame ice cream, gently sweetened azuki bean jelly and chestnut paste, complemented by a half-sized croissant baked in-house by “Maison Kaiser.” Staff will prepare the dessert in front of customers by squeezing the cream and sprinkling matcha powder.
Location: 2nd Floor Lounge “Somerhouse.” Service hours are from noon to 4 PM (last order) on weekdays, and from noon to 6 PM (last order) on weekends and holidays, with a two-hour seating limit. Prices are 2,400 yen for the dessert alone, and 2,900 yen with coffee or tea, including tax and service charges.
