CEO Rich Gamble provided an overview of the upcoming IPW, the largest travel industry trade show in the United States, to be held in Chicago this year. Kale Venom, Vice President of the Chicago Cubs who was also present, discussed the extensive investments at their home venue, Wrigley Field, aimed at the next century. He also mentioned the increased attendance by Japanese spectators, attributed to the success of Japanese major league players.
The event concluded with remarks from director Glenn Eden, encouraging Japanese travelers to not only enjoy the tourism highlights but also engage with the warm and welcoming Chicago residents for a unique experience.
