China Eastern Airlines will increase flights on the Hiroshima-Shanghai/Pudong route starting July 1.
Currently, the airline operates four round trips per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, which will be increased to one round trip per day. The aircraft used will be either an Airbus A320 or an Airbus A319. The travel time is 2 hours and 25 minutes from Hiroshima, and 2 hours from Shanghai/Pudong.
The route was resumed with three weekly round trips from September 22, 2023, and was increased to four weekly round trips from July 28, 2024.
