JAL Recognized as ‘5-Star’ by Skytrax for 8 Consecutive Years

Japan Airlines (JAL) announced that it has been recognized as a ‘5-Star’ airline in the Skytrax World Airline Star Rating for the 8th consecutive year. Skytrax is an airline rating company based in the United Kingdom.

In addition to JAL, the airlines recognized with a 5-star rating include All Nippon Airways (ANA), Asiana Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways, EVA Air, Garuda Indonesia, Hainan Airlines, Korean Air, Qatar Airways, and Singapore Airlines, making a total of 10 companies.

The World Airline Star Rating evaluates more than 800 categories, including services, seat comfort, catering, security, in-flight entertainment, and duty-free sales.

JAL was praised for its consistent high-quality service and hospitality, professionalism in safety, ensuring cleanliness and comfort, improving the quality of in-flight facilities, and continuous improvements in products and services.
