In cases of seat changes due to aircraft changes, a new seat will be assigned and notification will be sent. If desired, changes can be made online. If the aircraft is changed from an Allegris to another type, seat reservation fees will be automatically refunded.
Additionally, checked baggage containing an Apple tracking device “AirTag” can share its location with the baggage tracking team if it does not arrive at the destination, expediting its retrieval and delivery. Compensation claims can also be submitted via an online form.
Recently, the airline has accommodated the cancellation of only part of a group booking. A service providing detailed entry guidelines and passport/visa requirements is also available.
