Marriott International and Unizo Hotels will end operations of Four Points Flex by Sheraton Osaka Honmachi on April 30.
The hotel has 503 rooms. Formerly Unizo Inn Express Osaka Minami Honmachi, it had just opened as a rebranded facility in December 2024. Guests with reservations will be notified accordingly.
This brand, positioned in the midscale category focusing on accommodation, was a rebranding of hotels previously operated by Unizo Holdings, owned by the investment fund KKR. Fourteen hotels in ten cities nationwide opened sequentially beginning in November 2024.
