Emirates is deploying refurbished Airbus A380 aircraft equipped with Premium Economy class to Manchester and Milan.
Starting from June 6, the EK17/18 flights on the Dubai-Manchester route, and from July 1, the EK91/92 flights on the Dubai-Milan route, will each see the new deployment. Depending on the progress of the refurbishment, these dates could be earlier.
The Premium Economy class supply on routes to and from the UK will expand to 5,000 seats weekly. It has already been introduced to London/Heathrow and Edinburgh, with London/Stansted to be added from May.
Additionally, Bologna in Italy is scheduled to start from late June, becoming the second Italian city for this deployment.
With this, the refurbished Airbus A380 aircraft will operate to 19 cities worldwide.
