
Toyoko Inn to Sell ‘Local GENKI Badges’ from April 1
ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose will host the “GW Sweets & Lunch Buffet ‘Sakura Quartet'” for a limited period of five days from May 2 to 6.
The sweets selection includes “Matcha Opera,” an almond sponge soaked with brandy and kirsch, layered with ganache and matcha buttercream; “Cassis and White Chocolate Mousse” which combines cassis purée and white chocolate; “Paris-Brest,” a traditional French pastry with choux dough resembling a wheel, filled with custard and almond praline; “Mon Coeur,” “Blancmange Yogurt and Orange Jelly,” and “Rouge Mousse and Elderflower Jelly Foam.”
The dishes served at the open kitchen include “Roast Beef Canapé with Grilled Cheese Flavor” and “Kakiage.” The menu also features spring-themed dishes like “Vibrant Chirashi Sushi,” resembling hand-formed sushi; “Chicken Thigh with Aromatic Vegetable Sauce,” “Seafood Paella,” and “Seafood Crispy Noodles with Thick Sauce.”
The location is at the All-Day Dining “Hascup The Garden” on the first floor of the Wing Building. The buffet is available from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Prices are 3,500 yen for adults, 1,600 yen for elementary school students, and 600 yen for preschool children aged 3 and above, including tax and service charges.
