2025 Japan International Expo Osaka Pavilion: Theme of Future Urban Life

The 2025 Japan International Expo Osaka Pavilion was unveiled at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, which opened on April 13th.

With the theme of “Future Urban Life,” it aims to enhance expectations for the near future created by cutting-edge medical technologies and life sciences industries, while providing a space to promote exchanges through food, culture, and tourism. In the “Reborn Experience Route,” you can meet an avatar of what you’ll look like 25 years from now, created based on measurements from seven criteria using the “Body Measurement Pod,” including the “Eyes,” “Hair,” and “Cardiovascular.”

The location is East Gate Zone E02. Opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Reservations are required for some parts.

The Osaka-Kansai Expo is themed “Designing Future Society for Our Lives,” held from April 13 to October 13 for 184 days at Yumeshima, Osaka. As of February, 158 countries and regions, along with seven international organizations, have announced their participation. Ticket prices for adults over 18 are 7,500 yen for a one-day ticket, 6,000 yen for a weekday ticket, and 3,700 yen for an evening ticket available after 5:00 p.m. Special rates are available for youth aged 12-17 and children aged 4-11. Children under 3 are admitted free. The venue is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
