Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu will hold a dinner buffet ‘Night Kitchen Stadium – Gourmet Journey Hokkaido’ featuring ingredients from Hokkaido from April 25 to July 16.
The menu includes ‘Steamed Snow Crab’, ‘Salmon Ishikari Hot Pot Style’, ‘Delica Factory Tokachi Lamb Genghis Khan’, ‘Snow Crab Pilaf’, ‘Roast Beef’, ‘Leek and Herb-Marinated Chicken from Takenaka Farm’, ‘Soup with Hakodate Kelp Broth and Salted Autumn Salmon’, ‘NEEDS Cheese Factory’s Specialty Cheese Fritters’, ‘Matsumae Pickles, Ikura and Salmon Verrine’, and ‘Fish of the Day with Hokkaido Fresh Cream Sauce’, featuring unique Hokkaido ingredients like crab, salmon, Genghis Khan, and cheese.
Special dishes available only on weekends and holidays include ‘Grilled Ibara Crab’, offering one whole leg per adult. Desserts include ‘Mashu Coffee Chiffon Cake’, ‘Mini Parfait with Soft Cream’, and ‘Crème d’Ange with Haskap Sauce’.
The buffet is located at the 2nd-floor all-day dining ‘Cafe Tosca’, available from 5 PM to 9 PM. On Saturdays, there are two sessions at 5 PM and 7:30 PM, each lasting 120 minutes. Prices start at 8,300 yen for adults, 4,200 yen for elementary school children, and 2,200 yen for preschool children aged 4 and above.
