Japan Airlines (JAL) has temporarily suspended the pre-order in-flight sales service on its Tokyo/Haneda–Doha route.
To address a system malfunction, the service will be suspended from April 1 to June 30. Those interested are advised to contact the JAL international flight inquiry desk.
The pre-order in-flight sales service is available for international mid- to long-haul routes, accepting orders from the 25th of the month prior to the flight until 72 hours before departure.
