Kobe Airport Welcomes International Charter Flights with 40 Weekly Services, First Flight by Starlux
EVA Air will launch the Taipei/Taoyuan to Dallas/Fort Worth route on October 3.
The airline will operate three weekly round trips on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The aircraft used will be the Boeing 777-300ER.
Since 1998, EVA Air has operated cargo-only flights, and due to the steady growth in passenger demand driven by economic and population growth, with many companies expanding recently, the airline decided to launch passenger flights. Texas will be served with two destinations, including Houston, making EVA Air the only Asian airline to operate flights to both cities.
With this, the total number of destinations in North America will expand to nine, including Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, and Vancouver.
