Rakuten Payment is hosting the “Try to Win a Travel Coupon by Requesting or Sending Balance with Rakuten Pay!” campaign from April 1 at 10:00 AM to May 7 at 9:59 AM.
During the campaign period, those who enter and either send or request a total of ¥1,500 or more in Rakuten Cash via the Rakuten Pay app will have a chance to win a Rakuten Travel domestic travel coupon worth ¥30,000. There will be 30 winners chosen by lottery. Rakuten Mobile subscribers have double the chances of winning.
The travel coupons for use on Rakuten Travel Rakupack (flight + accommodation) will be granted around June 1. The coupons can be used for payments of ¥60,000 (tax included) or more. Usage period is from June 1 to August 28, and the departure period is from June 2 to May 31, 2026.
