Kinki Nippon Tourist Blue Planet will undertake a corporate spin-off to absorb part of Kinki Nippon Tourist’s business.
The company will absorb the inbound group business managed by Kinki Nippon Tourist’s Global Sales Branch, as well as the web sales business for the inbound individual market, effective July 1.
Kinki Nippon Tourist Blue Planet is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kinki Nippon Tourist. Under the parking management plan, the group aims to strengthen integrated operations, accelerate the growth of inbound business, and improve operational efficiency.
