The first flight is on June 5, departing from Chicago O’Hare to Los Angeles as flight AA2012, with the first international flight being flight AA98 from Chicago O’Hare to London Heathrow on the same day.
Following this, the suite will be deployed on the Philadelphia to London Heathrow route starting August 6, the Philadelphia to Zurich route starting September 3, and the Dallas/Fort Worth to Brisbane route starting October 26.
American Airlines received two Boeing 787-9 aircraft this week and plans to introduce a total of 30 aircraft by 2029.
