Fauchon Hotel Kyoto is offering a beer garden set featuring craft beers from the “SPRING VALLEY BREWERY” brand available in a free-flow style from May 7 to September 30.
“SPRING VALLEY BREWERY” draft craft beer will be available in four varieties in a free-flow format at all times. Dishes include a beer garden set comprising “Kyoto Pork Pâté de Campagne,” “Fauchon-style Salmon Marinated with Blini,” “Small Shrimp Tartlet,” “Prosciutto and Seasonal Fruits,” “Aged Fromage,” and “Olives and Pickles.” Main dishes available for selection include “Benié of Kyoto Akachidori Chicken with Fauchon Tea Aroma,” “Carbonnade of Kyo Mochi Pork,” and “Fauchon Signature Salmon Coulibiac.”
The venue is “Le Bar Fauchon.” Service hours are two-hour sessions from 3 PM to 10 PM. Reservations are required. The price is 6,000 yen for the beer garden set and 8,000 yen for the set with a choice of main dish, including taxes and service charges.
