
“Espacio Nagoya Castle” Opening on October 1st: Former Nagoya Castle Hotel Reimagined
Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay will offer ‘Afternoon Tea ~Fresh Green~’ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from May 13 to 29.
To match the season of vibrant green, a selection of 9 sweets and 4 savory items, along with scones, have been prepared with a green theme.
The sweets menu includes ‘Pistachio Macaron’ with a moist texture and pistachio cream, ‘Smooth Texture Matcha Tiramisu’ with matcha syrup-soaked sponge and mascarpone mousse, and ‘Muskmelon Roll Cake’ wrapped with muskmelon and fresh cream.
The savory selection features ‘Mini Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon Trout and Avocado,’ ‘Burrata Cheese Rice Paper Rolls Caprese-style,’ ‘Chilled Green Pea Soup,’ and more. Scones are served with matcha caramel and clotted cream. Unlimited ‘Dilmah’ tea can also be enjoyed.
The location is the restaurant “Fontana.” Service hours are from 2 PM to 6 PM. The price is 6,000 yen, tax and service charge included.
